Oxle resides in Oakland, CA in a studio affectionately called the Turtle Shell. While inside the Turtle Shell, Oxle illustrates, paints characters, plays sudoku, and dreams of giant squids battles.

When Oxle peeks out from the Turtle Shell into the rest of the world, Oxle enjoys kicking up dandelions, the weightlessness of water, strawberry smoothies, and tetris.
